Jotta makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall Jotta or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Jotta, even if Jotta or a Jotta authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
The materials appearing on Jotta could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Jotta does not warrant that any of the materials on the App are accurate, complete, or current. Jotta may make changes to the materials contained on the App at any time without notice.
Jotta has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Jotta of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
Jotta may revise these Terms of Service for the App at any time without notice. By using the App, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.
These conditions and terms are governed by and construed according to the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
Users agree to use Jotta only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the App. Prohibited behavior includes:
Users acknowledge that accountability partnerships are voluntary and based on mutual consent. Jotta is not responsible for disputes between accountability partners or for ensuring partner compliance. Users agree to use the accountability features responsibly and respectfully.
For paid plans, you agree to pay all charges incurred by your account at the rates in effect when such charges are incurred. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time with 30 days' notice to you.
All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. The free trial may be cancelled at any time, and no payment will be due if cancelled during the trial period.
Jotta reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of these Terms of Service or engage in any conduct that Jotta deems harmful to the App or other users.
